Q - Are all your items authentic? 

A - Yes, all are items are all authentic and original. They are checked by our professional team to the highest of standards with great care and attention. If you have any queries into finding out how to authenticate an item, please don't hesitate in contacting us from our 'Contact Us' page. 

Q - Why is your stock so cheap? 

A - Most of our items are in 'used' condition. So these items will be heavily discounted from the original retail price. On occasions, we will sell brand new items which will be specified in our descriptions. We work tirelessly to source the stock we provide to be the best out there! 

Q - Are you able to hold items for me?

A - Sadly, we are unable to hold items for people on our website. However if you fill out a contact form we can do our best to help you find a financial plan which best suits you. This mostly includes a NON refundable deposit so that we can ensure the sale. Your item will be shipped when you pay off the item fully. We are currently looking into third party payments to reach out to more potential customers.

Q - How do I know an item will fit me?

A - With every item which is listed on our website, we will provide specific measurements which will ensure you find the best product for you. With brand such as Stone Island, some pieces may 'size down or size up" so it is very important and we recommend you refer to our measurements.

Q - Am I able to return an item if I do not like it?

A - Sadly, we are unable to offer returns on our items. This is because we deal with pre owned clothing. This makes it hard to evaluate an item has been worn further. We provide you with the most detailed pictures, description and measurements to ensure this is very unlikely to happen.

Q - Do you have this in another size? 

A - All stock on our website is all what we have. If we don't have your size then unfortunately we won't have anymore in stock. If you would like something specific in your size that we do not have on the website, please don't hesitate in contacting us via our social media platforms.
